Well, BetUS is the next in line as a Rival Casino.... Banners are available already in the BetUS backend:

BTW --^ That banner IS from the affiliate backend, so it is an affiliate banner. Feel free to click, but it is there mainly to show how simplistic the banners are. Follow that up with:

The casino website looks pretty interesting. I like the design quite a bit - it's not your average casino template that's for sure... I don't know if the conversions will be better or not.

Fairly interesting that a very Sportsbook-focused site has gone Casino. Good or bad? What do you think?

Hi Andy,

I for one think the more casinos the better!

Maybe some sportsbooks that do not operate in the usa, are adding a casino that can be promoted in the usa once this ban is obsolete? Does this Rival except US players? I have no idea, i need to go check it out. But if they are getting themselves ready for a usa entry, i would be very happy indeed.

BetUS have a long history is ripping off players and scamming people. The reason why so many affiliates promote them is because of the higher commissions.

All you have to do is do some research. These guys are the scum of our industry.

Kind of sick to see them on AGD to tell you the truth.

They are not 'on AGD', I just happened to mention that they have a Rival Casino now.... Yes, my banner is up there, but I put it up because it is quite different from the typical casino banners (maybe because they are a sportsbook, foremost?). I was hoping to start a discussion about this - that was my main point.

Should I have brought this up in a more specific way?

Should I not talk about BetUS because they have 'ripped off players' (BTW - I haven't researched that yet, so that is not my quote)?

Let me know what everyone thinks.

Sorry if I have jumped the gun a bit Andy. I just get sick of all the good publicity they get around the place. Affiliates are constantly talking about how good they are etc - but the truth of the matter is they are a rogue operation.

It looks like I misinterpreted your intentions - I apologise for that. But I do stand by what I said about BetUS.

Not a problem... I did some research and completely understand what you are saying.

It also 'could be' that I am a bit cranky this morning after my son woke me up SUPER early on a Saturday.... so I may have come of sounding 'stronger' than I meant. Sorry if that was the case.

I'm tired. He, apparently, is not.

I had members posting about 50 free days ago, they sent out a code to select players then opened this to the affiliates, I am not jumping on the bandwagon here on this Rival asap simply because to be honest there are too damn many Rivals opening up. They are handing that software out like candy!

Thanks for the heads up guys, indeed I have heard only affiliates vouching for this brand, but seeing that I am full of Rivals now, I didn't take a closer look.
I want my players feel good at the casino, so for me Sloto, Lionslots and Pantasia will be the chosen Rival casinos at the moment :)

Fairly interesting that a very Sportsbook-focused site has gone Casino. Good or bad? What do you think?

To be fair, they've always offered casino gaming.. just with an instant play/no download option that I think is still there and is, truthfully, fairly weak. It makes sense for them to partner with Rival, which is a pretty solid offering for US gamblers.

I do promote BetUS myself and have seen all the stuff that Hazo has mentioned. I am a little nervous about how strongly I push them because of all the stuff in the past, but I've dug more deeper than some and there are a lot of issues that have been resolved.

Essentially, BetUS were, in effect, powered by Sportsbook.com and it was Sportsbook.com who got to make customer service, payment and other related decisions. This has caused a bunch of problems for BetUS and, I believe, their operations (software/lines aside) are separate now.

That's my reading of the situation. I'm no shill for any sportsbook, so I do stand to be corrected.

I'm not sure that I can believe Sportsbook.com is the problem here.

From what I know they are one of the most reputable operations in the business while BetUS are one of the shadiest.

I guess it would be easy to lay the blame on someone else. But I don't think it is correct.

I stand corrected. Looks like they are as bad as each other.

Indeed, Hazo. I think we can agree on that.

It's a bit of a shame though as - from an affiliate point of view - the BetUS and Sportsbook.com (they have different software now) affiliate programs deliver a lot of useful tools that their more reputable counterparts don't.

Getting back to the main thread, though : they'll do very nicely with Rival and it's no surprise this is the route they've chosen. BetUS have never seriously targeted casino gamblers in the past, but they stand to do some good business with this partnership. At least on an upsell for their sports bettors.
