Rof, this is just unbelievable,
we applied yesterday for the aff program, since a few of our members already posted this new casino on our forum. (Amazing how fast players getting info about new free chips). However, today we got a reply from them,
they say that they having a soft launch now, and we will not get links yet,
they 1st need to make sure everything runs smooth and there are no bugs before working with affiliates.

Now tell me, they not care that players experiencing bugs?
And, this is the 1st time ever a new Rival Casino tells us, to contact them again in 1 month about being an affiliate.

Well I do not allow any post for them on my site, and I warned my members to play there with caution , since there might be bugs!

Seems to be also again a white label from Rival.

I had it with them.

Thanks bonustreak
thing is , it seems not easy to communicate with them.
When they sent us the e-mail to let us know to get in touch again with them on May 1, I replied to them and did let them know, that we have posted a warning about them and we will not allow any posts.

Guess what, I got again a reply, exact the same again!

Thank you for contacting us for affiliate information. We are brand new
and doing a soft opening during the first month to make sure all bugs are
worked out prior to working with affiliates and than upsetting their
players. We will keep your information or please feel free to contact me
again on May 1, we will have everything running smooth than and will be
working with affiliates.

Thanks so much for your inquiry.

Like an automatic standard reply to all affiliate queries,
or they just play dumb and ignore.

Guess we will find out sooner or later more about them.

What a load of BOLLOCKS!
The Rival affy back-end is one of the best in the business IMHO - it works find & doesn't need any "testing".
I've signed up to 25+ brand new Rival affys within days of the casinos launch and never had a problem.

If this is true it makes it even more bewildering and looking a LOT more like trying to "steal" our players without cross-linking.

Where did you get that info from?

Nice one!

For balance, this could be like when John Wrong left This Isn't Vegas to start up RockBet - He moved to a new casino, but copied many pages from TiV to Rockbet while forgetting to update the name of the casino in several places...

However, at least RockBet launched their Affy System from day one and I don't recall any "rumblings" about them "stealing" TiV players.

Is there any action AGD can take to establish what exactly is going on here?
Only to me it's pretty smelly...

As said already we have sent them an e-mail with the link to our post on the forum that we do not want anyone posts for this casino, just that they know we have no interest anymore to work together with them.
New Rival Casino Vip Club - Stay away!

I cannot believe what a reply we now got!

We have not posted on any forum. If there are postings on your forum, than
it must be by one of your customers. We have a select mailing list only,
and we are not looking for players from the forums at this time. So as the
manager of your forum please moderate it properly and do not let your
customers post things that you have not verified. That is the main
function of an affiliate. You need to facilitate your players, not just
push them to a casino, just so you make money. It is affiliates like you,
that we would not want promoting the casino, if they think about money
first and players second.

We did not say that they posted on our forum!
We do not want push players to any casino!
And we do care for our players!

I will not reply anymore on this e-mail, this is just ridicoulous!

Steve has e-mailed us now.

Dear Mike,
Thank you for contacting VIP Club Casino.

This is Steve and I am the Affiliate Manager at VIP Club Casino. We have
received feedback from quite a few affiliates and we understand that our
original decision to approve affiliates after 1st of May, 2010 has not
gone down well with the affiliate community. Please be assured our idea is
not to cut out affiliates. We are trying to establish a brand for long
term growth and we understand what roles the affiliates play.

We are a very small team and are still finding our feet. I have already
asked our designers to prepare banners of different sizes for you to start
promoting. The tags and everything else, you can get from the rival
affiliate backend once you login to the VIP Club Casino affiliate website.
Please give us some time and we will be approving your affiliate account
and we are hoping this will be the start of a long term profitable
relationship between both parties.
Kind Regards,
Steve Edwards,
VIP CLUB CASINO Affiliate Manager

Appreciate that they admit that this has not been a smart move to start,
still, we not want to promote them, we asked to close our affiliate account.

Here's the one I received...not quite as personable as the one that Mike above received...me thinks Steve is holding a gruge after what I sent them regarding the lack of communication from Fortune Reel that it took me several emails to get finally....:p
Dear Affiliate, notice they forgot my name....:p

Hi Belgamo,

I noticed you have a couple of Rival-gaming websites where you are still promoting Tradition Casino.
If you don't mind me asking, how do you feel about the retroactive NCO they introduced last month?
See: https:// www. affiliateguarddog. com/forums/tradtion-casino-uses-predatory-tatics-t2327.html
