Hi there,

I am a newly registered affiliate...just learning the game. I had a sign up through one of my banners, the stats look like below:

Net Revenue
1000

Total Bets/Hands
-

stake
1300

Average Revenue
333

% Commission
£0.00

My question is, why is % commission £0.00? I am on a revenue share programme of 25%.
Will this figure only update at the end of the month?

I have emailed but no response yet.

So...the "% Commission" stat should be updated before the end of the month? It should show what my "% Commission" as of today...based on losses in the month so far? Affiliate is StanJames

Stats in all affiliate programs get updated once a day minimum, some of them a few times a day and some of them are in real time but none of them at the end of the month. It's only the commission that is settled at the end of the month so you can still see earnings due before then. I don't promote Stan James but as its the weekend I would just take a screenshot and forget about it until Monday as most AMs work normal office hours.

All of those stats look totally bizarre to me for a number of reasons, in the order given:
Net revenue EXACTLY 1000 - very unusual for this to be a round number like that - and where are the decimal places?
Total Bets "-"... I take that to mean ZERO = not possible to earn revenue if no bets placed.
Total Wagers 1300...! Again, can't have any wagers if no bets placed. And for a player to stake 1300 and lose 1000 also seems like odd figures to me.
Average Revenue 333 - that means you had 3 active players, which once again makes the above seem even more unlikely.
Finally, like you say, if the net rev is 1000, commission can not be £0.00

Something very strange going on there - you need to check it out with the program.
In the meantime, log in to your affy account, go to "Reports" and look at the "Quick Summary Report" for the "Current Month"; This is the report I find most useful for getting an idea of what's going on.
Is that report you used?
If so, you also need to look to see if there were any bonuses given, or chargebacks made - this will effect your commission figure.

PS: At the bottom, it does say "Figures updated daily"

these are not the actual figures..

My quick stats show the losses...the net revenue etc but the:

% Commission CPA Commission CPA count Referral Commission Total Commission

are all at £0.00/0

So are you saying the figures in your first post are something you made up and not what your report actually shows?
If so - please stop wasting our time

If you seriously want help, you need to post EXACTLY what is shown in your "Quick Summary Report" - ALL figures.

What does it matter what my figures are? They are all positive figures, rounded down/up. Copy and pasting made a mess of things.

I know my other stats are fine - that is not what I'm asking about. My question is, why is "% commission" £0.00 when I have a net revenue of £1000?
