My name is Christy Smith, and although I've been in the affiliate marketing industry for years, I am new to this forum. I came here to learn, make some friends, and help out in return. And... of course, to lure you all to my affiliate program! ;)

A little about me, I work for a gaming company as a media buyer, and I also am their affiliate manager. I live in Seattle with my fiance, and our pets... my interests are technology, exercise, animals, the outdoors, and cooking.

Hello to you as well! :) I buy traffic to our casino sites and try to get other casino sites or casino review sites to advertise for us.

What do you guys do?

A) Casino Affiliate Share has owed me money for nearly a year

B) I'm talking to Christy via email and she cannot get me the amount I am supposedly getting from them EVEN THOUGH she is forwarding my banking information to those sending the wire! For the record the way you do this is ask the finance department (those sending the wire) what the AMOUNT is, then in your email program, hit REPLY and tell the affiliate. You do not need a wire confirmation to tell me the AMOUNT being sent. I asked you about three times in email and you refuse to tell me.

Anyway I will post in here if I do get the ad revenue we are due. BUT, I'd stay clear of this group based on my experiences. IF they wanted to be affiliate friendly or build relationships then we'd be able to get simple answers from the "Affiliate Manager" - I appreciate her coming in here, but right now this is a total joke.

Business is business and this group does not know how to conduct itself on the most basic levels, sorry to say it. I hope they make a change and I hope I get paid, but right now there is no reason for me to have faith that either will happen. Please prove me wrong Christy.

That was pretty Charming.

As I've been very clear in my emails, I am doing all I can. I'm brand new to my position, and there is a reason I am new. Because the last person didn't know what they were doing. Your wire is being sent to you this week, and I have gone above and beyond (even on the weekend) to respond to your mass amounts of emails quickly with as much information as I can. I cannot tell you what I don't know. As soon as I receive your confirmation, I will forward it to you.

I'm glad you are responsive, and on the weekend, too. Seriously. But the mass amount of emails was only because I kept asking the same question over and over that never got answered. I find it odd that you can order the wire and transfer my banking information to and from this person but cannot find the amount out for me so that I can make sure it matches, especially since its been so long since I've been paid. That's all. I have nothing against you personally and appreciate your efforts.

I do understand... and if I were in your position, I would be very upset. To be perfectly honest, the last person in my position was completely incompetant. She messed up everything, which is why I can't tell the amount. They're handling that right now in accounting. As soon as I find out anything, I promise to let you know as soon as possible.

In the future, I would appreciate you contacting me directly. You have my information.

I will look out for the wire info, and send it to you as soon as I can get my hands on it.

Update please Christy? I have not recieved the CHECK you said was sent. Although I thought it was very odd that they switched to CHECK after being told all this stuff about wire. HOWEVER if the check had actually come then I probably would not be posting.

I got NO check and NO wire..... what gives? :mad:
