Newbie started with Casino Affiliate.

Hello Guys,

I recently created an affiliate site in the casino niche. I have no experience in affiliate but have some cash to burn from other projects, so I am willing to see if I can build up a business case.

My site is up and running and today I have had 10 people click to the Casinos(I am using PPC).

I am wondering how to calculate the estimated cost pr FTD, as I don't have any idea of the conversion rate on their site.


Can any of you give an estimate on your conversion rate on traffic sent to casinos and maybe give a number on earnings per click.

I am in the Scandinavian market. I have 35-40% revshare on the 4 casinos currently on my site. Adding 6 more, when I have negotiated with them.

It very much depends on geo. And a lot on the KW you use. Some kw can convert extremely high and for some even 200 clicks won't generate a single ftd.

Yea, used around 200usd on clicks without a signup, need to work on finding better keywords. I have sent some traffic to the casinos, but still no signups. but not giving up, just need to find 1 profitable keyword, so I scale on that focus on SEO as well.

I hired a guy for setting up a campaign on Adwords, he has some experience in the niche, but he asked me to only show my ads to computer sites, as "mobile traffic doesn't convert well on casino sites". I have allocated him some money to work with, but his results atm is not that good.
