No answer from Viggoslots & Wunderwins - RESOLVED

Hello,
I would like to withdraw my earnings from Viggo Partners & Wunderwins Affiliates with invoice, but no one is answering me for exactly 1 month now. I created a support ticket in the affiliate program, sent an email & contacted one affiliate manager. Its for around 2000€ in total. Any help?

@user23 - best to reach out to @MissExposé, she's AGD staff and should be able to assist.

I was however shocked at this clause:

The Advertising Revenue will be negotiated with you prior to sending any Players, depending of the monthly number of new Players, position of Banners and Text Links on your website and/or other factors affecting the Casino Net Revenue. Minimum guaranteed Advertising Revenue is 10%.

Are you f'ing kidding me!

Update: I messaged denis, thanks @freakspin for the contact. He sent me the details for the invoice. I will send the invoice and update once again, when the money arrives.

Denis is a good dude; do not worry - you will get paid! Probably he has had much to do, or perhaps a vacation.

Honestly, I do not feel that the ticket systems on most affiliate platforms even work! I have had some issues and questions on some different affiliate programs and platforms, and I felt those tickets never really reached anyone.

It's true that it takes a long time, and they often manage invoices once a month, every month. Sometimes you have to wait for the next month's billing period.

They are usually not very punctual with their payments but have always settled them sooner or later.
