No new depositors in March ?

This month seems to be very odd compared to other months :

Well I am not accusing Rewards Affiliates they shave me because I have contributed to all the topics about cross promoting but this is really awkward.

Anyone experiencing the same ?

My monthly report does not show a deposits field.
Date - Clicks - Downloads - Registrations - New Players - Betting Players - Wagered - Earned

You seem to have 23 new players - how can you tell that they are not depositors?

ah - OK.

I'm looking through my RA reporting and it looks normal this month - however I do see a couple of reporting discrepancies with totals from different reports that I've not noticed before - so it's possible that they have a reporting error somewhere?

I have 10 sub affiliates, not one earns me a cent.
have you ever seen earnings from the 7 you have?

it will only be odd if you have zero next month

never earned a cent with sub affiliates.

I can not remember a month with no new depositors, only this month.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

As Gooner mentioned, it is a reporting error. We are making some changes to be in line with our UK licence application. The discrepancies are simply just errors due to some stored procedures being missed in the update on the front end. All the data is still there, it is just not being displayed correctly.

The monthly report is correct so please check that out in your stats.

The dashboard is one that was missed and should hopefully be updated sometime today.

Also, I should note that the depositing players field only counts players who have deposited $18 or more.

BTW you guys are welcome to send me an email if you notice things like this. They will get picked up and fixed far quicker that way.

Checked today still showing the same : no new depositors in March, first time in years.

Redirecting the traffic and replacing as RA is not converting for me anymore, awkward but a fact.

Although we did try to fix it yesterday, it was not completed. I have spent the last 9 hours working with my guys to get it done as the person whos job this is is out of the office and it is still not done. It may not even be fixed tomorrow, but I will be working with him ALL DAY to get it sorted the best I can. Again, an email would have told you this much sooner.

The stats report is showing 1 have (had) 1 new depositor in March. Cool....................
