No progressive Slots for non USA players at Rivals?!?

Well what the support said, that the progressives are only available to US players is not true, since another member from Finland was able to play the bonus on the Million Reels BC at Irish Luck,

This is again all very confusing, and support seems again not telling facts.

I am from the Netherlands and am eglible for promos at Vegas Regal, Slot Power, i.e.
and I do not see the progressive slots there.

Mike is from the Netherlands, got the e-mail from Irish Luck for this 10 free spins bonus on the slot and he cannot play it.

A UK member got the e-mail from Irish Luck and cannot play it.

So what is really going on?

If you choose another currency- the progressive slots are not available.

Players may change currency, but need to contact support and be careful

After so many years in the business they should have the proper coders in house to fix this issue and like I said I know they were informed of it at least a week ago.

I really can't imagine this being a 'lack of coding'. Here's why:

They would have to code the software to 'explicitly accept only US money' for progressives. Not the other way around.

So - in order to make this happen, the coders would have had to run a 'check currency' routine before showing progressives. Then use a statement like:

NoProgressives-NahNahBooBoo()

finally possible that the support is telling facts,
its not true how they said in that case, Only US players may play the progressives.

The other thing,
please find a way to exclude players who are not eglible from receiving such bonus offers via e-mail.

I tell you now something:

When Rivals came online, I signed up at Da vinci, paradise 8, this is vegas and cocoa.
In the early days, Netherlands was allowed for promos there.
Well, I did deposit a few times at all 4 casinos.
Then 1 day, I got an e-mail from da vinci, telling a free bonus is in my account. I went to look and there was no bonus.
Support then updated me, that Netherlands is not allowed for bonuses anymore ( BUT, I got the e-mail)
Well, I am not a whiner about not getting a bonus, but this made me mad and I did close my account there.

Now, imagine how many more did, or doing that.

I really think a few things needs to be fixed urgently at Rival Casinos.
