No Response from Casino Luck regarding payments outstanding - UNRESOLVED

I have been trying to reach Casino Luck since the 19th of April (***) - 3 reminders sent since. I have then tried an alternative contact email address found on this forum (****) - first email sent on the 23rd of May, reminder sent on the 29th of May.

Please could somebody advise if they have any other email address as they do not seem to respond to my emails.

Hello,

On 5th June I received a response stating that they will look into this, but that the representative will be off the following day due to bank holiday. On 11th June I sent a reminder for a response. On 13th June representative responded saying that they haven't had time to catch up yet but that they will 'review this today' (they did not).

On 19th June I asked for an update, and I have just sent an update this morning.

Still unresolved.

Whilst a response was provided, they didn't look into my query in its entirety and just suggested this is probably due to threshold, but that they will look into this in more detail when they are back in office (they did not) . I have re-sent my questions to them and hoping for them to see to it in its entirety, providing a response to my query in its entirety. Only then will I consider the question answered.

I have exactly the same problem, I have not been paid since June 2023. I've sent multiple emails and multiple invoices and just been ignored. I know that David and Lina have left the company but I have been sending emails to generic marketing and invoices email addresses too. Bulldog6432 can you please confirm what email address you used to get a response?

No updates, I've sent multiple emails over a prolonged period of time with no response. They owe me quite a substantial amount of money and I have been an affiliate of theirs for years. I do know that the person that used to handle the payments left earlier this year, also my affiliate manager left a couple of months ago.
