No response from Sloto'Cash...!

For the last 7-days I've been trying to contact ANYONE at Sloto affiliates;
E-mailed, PM'd and Skyped - all got NO response at all.

Anyone got a phone number or other way to contact them?

Apparently Dale was on holiday this last week, which would explain why he didn't reply on Skype, and they had (have) a problem with e-mails not getting through...
