I'm still waiting on my commission from Mr Green. I suspect it's because they just started asking for invoices and I missed to send one because I didn't know. However, they are not responding. I have no contact left at Skype and they are not replying to my emails. Anyone know how to get in touch with these people. Weren't they just recently acquired by 888?

888, William Hill, more of the same crooks. Prepare yourselves for another run of account closures... aka stealing tagged players and commissions.

If you have a Mr Green casino account you can try contacting their live support and ask about how can you reach out to their affiliate team. It's won't be kind of related to the casino live chat, however, I've done such before with some others and they gave me out a few contacts.

I hate having to chase programs for payments. It leaves such a bad taste in the mouth. Payments are fundamental. If it's not working smoothly, then fuck it.

Exactly! It well pisses me off. The same situation I have with Gypsy affiliates at the moment. Will wait for another week and then start bashing them on both forums, so people are aware of what they can come across when working with this program.

It's 2021, not 2000 and our industry isn't in the grips of the 'Wild West', least it shouldn't be anymore. Aside from outright criminal (gangster) activities, I really can't think of any other industry where folks as B2B partners, have to deal with so much crap, as we do, on a monthly basis. It really is a fucking joke!

I'm currently dealing with a privacy issue. The program is bound by Gov., Privacy Laws, but isn't using them. When I ask, I'm given jerk-off answers. And, when I push the issue, saying I have rights, I'm ignored.

Other mainstream businesses where I hold a B2B relationship with, can't do enough, to not only answer privacy concerns, but to also ensure they are following correct framework policies.

Yet here I am, again, dealing with ignorant smart-mouths who think, they are a law unto themselves. This shit needs to change - we all need to force change, or we'll continue to be treated like crap ;)

Word. And in what other industry do you have a partnership where you have this little transparency. It's insane when you think about it. I'm sure our numbers are being shaved as they please and fuck us over in all kinds of ways. I log in to all the affiliate platforms and it really tells me fuck all. I wonder how many high rollers these programs have removed from me throughout the years.

For everyone's information, I've seen several affiliates complain on LinkedIn about not being paid by 888/Mr Green or even being answered when emailing them. Huge warning.

Trying to find out also for us. They have paid always but you can see also that they close Eurogrand, William Hill Casino Club, 21Nova and focus on William Hill and Mr.Green in future. We have only Mr.Green for AT.

Currently you can only contact support address. But whether they will answer or not, no idea.
