OMG Affiliates Wrong Stats

We have beeing trying to solve a problem with our account with OMG Affiliates for couple of months now.
While they claim not to have any admin fee, our account is having huge admin fee.
Let me give some examples:

Deposit: 76,54 - NGR 11,45 - Commission 4,58
Deposit: 51,22 - NGR 7,66 - Commission 3,07
Deposit: 45 - NGR 6,75 - Commission 2,7
Deposit: 300 - NGR 44,99 - Commission 18
Deposit: 68,37 - NGR 10,24 - Commission 4,1
Deposit: 800 - NGR 194,97 - Commission 77,99
Deposit: 70 - NGR 10,47 - Commission 4,19

We all know that when a player deposit, if he/she win and withdraw the NGR is minus.
There is no chance that all our players deposited, lost some of their deposit then withdraw making the NGR looking like this.
We mentioned that to our affiliate manager but nothing has changed over the weeks.

Hello @MissExposé and thanks for reply. Yeah they are aware for some time now but nothing has changed all this time. I'm now speaking again with my affiliate manager and i hope that it will be solved soon I will update the forum once this happens

That's not necessarily true - the NGR could be low due to player withdrawals.

However, that is NOT the case with your figures.
Every single NGR is exactly 15% of the deposited amount - except for the 800 deposit, which is 24.4%.

So yes, that points to NO withdrawals and very big admin deductions.
Definitely something off here...

checked mine long time stats, seems very similar.

That is true and they had insane adminfees already years ago and that was a reason not to work with them.

Well then they can tell me that they have this amount of admin fee and i can choose to work with them or not right? I'm still not sure why they told me that there is no admin fee....

Wow just took a look at ours and its a shocker - earning just over 10% - that's a big big admin fee

We had a hybrid back in 2021:ish and a few months went by with some earnings but the RS part was always insane with less than 20% of the deposit in RS and therefore we ended the relationship with them.
This does not make any sence as up to 80-90% of the deposit amounts goes all the way to the bank (the casino/affprogram).

With some whales spread out to different casinos, we figured out to drop this partnership instead of getting a day where a 1€k deposit is around 100€ in RS earnings VS some other brands where €1k deposit means 300% + more in RS earnings.

I do not remember the procentage of the hybrid and a wild quess is something like 35% or 45%.

Okay so the stats are not wrong, they just have this huge admin fee. I don't get how it can be so big on a curacao brand that we promote... anyway, it is what it is.

The effective revenue share is 6% on a deal of 40% which makes any further promotion meaningless. Thanks guys for your help!

Worth to notice: We aimed not to promote bonuses but rather focus on the instant banking (pnp).

Many AGD members are really good on maths. Perhaps somebody cud illustrate some typical costs in % for payments, taxes, gameproveeder etc. both with and without a bonus?

My knowlage of the costs are way to old to be used today but would we back the year 2024 to 2015, I would roughly estimate it as following:
15% bonus cost
5% payment cost
15% gameproveeders
1%-2% Highroller policy (if they have one)
15% taxes (varius % depending on licensee/contry - this is a wild quess to be honest).

Additionally they might charge a whitelabel fee as well, if their casinos are whitelabels (not sure about it.

I think these calclulations are close to the truth @preditor. I will check with a friend of mine that owns a casino (if there is anything missing or if these numbers are correct)
