During the board's monthly meeting, Richard Kalm, the executive director of the Michigan Gaming Control Board, announced Michigan is very close to launching online casino gaming and sports betting. Once the board gives final approval, providers will have a period of few days before they begin to accept wagers.

Last year, MGCB approved provisional licenses for 15 platform providers.

Last Tuesday nine casinos and platform providers allowed to launch online sports betting in Michigan were announced. They will start operating following the legalization in the state.
On Friday, Michigan Gaming Control Board announced the 10th operator.

Since the announcement, the list with all 10 providers is now clear, it includes DraftKings, William Hill, Barstoll Sportsbook, TwinSpires, Golden Nugget Online Gaming, BetMGM, Rush Street, FanDuel and Wynn.
