Out of Business - but new ventures - who gets the shaft?

I was going through the programs that are now defunct/out of business/closed/whatever and came across Footbo Affiliates. I don't recall the specifics of their closing down or whether or not they paid players and affiliates. What I see today is that their website, footbo dot com, now shows their 'new beginnings' with a new FB app. Of course, that app appears to be expired, but it is interesting when places close down but forward the traffic onto another casino owned by themselves.

Anyway... just found it interesting!

I'm sure we all know plenty of stories like this, though ...

There are so many it is starting to be hard to keep track!
