Paddy Power Betfair, also known as PPB Counterparty Services Limited, has been fined £490,000 by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) for marketing to self-excluded clients, who had requested to be excluded from their services due to gambling addiction. The company admitted that it accidentally sent push notifications for increased odds on a football match to Apple devices connected to self-excluded accounts, attributing the error to a human mistake rather than an intentional action.

They've always had unethical behavior towards affiliates, can't expect much from them.

Also fines in the thousands, for businesses that have revenue in the billions is a bit laughable.

And of course they will say “oopps” what else can they say “we did it”?
