Hi Everyone,

I have some news for you regarding the progressive affiliate deductions.

First of all I want to thank all of your for your patience in this matter. I know it's a heated topic on the forums and a subject of much debate (and understandably so).

Until this point we have been waiting for Rival to make a decision as to how past progressive deductions (Pre-March 2010 ) would be handled. This change was to be Rival white label - wide and was going to be based on whatever the majority of white labels agreed on.

This morning we received an email from Rival stating that "After careful consideration, it has been decided that a unified response is not required in this specific event. Each operator can decide how they want to refund affiliates as they see fit."

Because of this, we at Jet Set Marketing have decided to refund all progressive deductions from March 01, 2009 to Feb 28th, 2010 for both Paradise8 and Cocoa Casino. We feel that because affiliates were unaware that these deductions were taking place, this option is the most fair to all of you. This solution is what we have been pushing for since discussions started but until now the decision was not ours to make, nor to announce.

We still have not been notified as to how the progressive system will function from March forward as far as affiliates are concerned, but we are anticipating a positive solution that we can all be happy with.

Again, thank you for your patience in this matter and I hope to be writing to you soon with more good news.

Sincerely,

Jason W,
Jet Set Marketing,
Paradise 8 | Cocoa Casino

Never had a doubt that these two brands would do the right thing! I am looking forward to seeing how these others proceed and I am not willing to give any of them any kind of exposure if they continue to steal my money!

But i have my doubts if you can do the right thing because if the vast majority of operations that are targeting the US would behave like 3dice/32red you could easily double your income.

3Dice is not even affiliate friendly, they don't care to grow their casino and only choose a very select few to give a bit of cash to for marketing and once you question the amount your cut off trust me I have been there and done that with them and so has the dog.

I hope we can keep this thread on the topic of Rival and the other casino operators stepping up to the plate. We also need to still work on the processing deductions.

There is more at stake here than just the rivals and you'll be worse off than before if this process backfires. Let people like you and the dog have their way and see what will happen. The reasons why affiliates can be screwed over everywhere without any consequences is because their so called "leaders" are either weak, lack intelligence or are collaborateurs.

Nitro, don't you ever get tired of trolling the boards and spewing your shit? The time will come when you'll have worn out your welcome at all the major forums. Then what will you do for entertainment?

It's obvious that you are the one who's miserable. It's sad that you have nothing more productive to do with your time than trolling forums for the sole purpose of derailing threads.

When my suggested bonus model that i posted on GPWA would be implemented you would get an influx of new money of at least (very conservative) > 500 mil USD and there would be no hassle with the advantage players/gnomes. It could be a waste of time nevertheless because if the problem with the payment processing isn't solved this industry will be knocked out or crippled sooner or later due to gambling monopolies interferences and i've got a couple of crucial ideas here too and already gave some hints. If the full program that i've got in me gets executed it could turn the casino world upside down and it would be unrecognizable to what it was a year or two ago. What i am doing on the forums is getting the ideas out one after another and as of now there isn't any other communication channel needed yet. My real motivations (trying to increase the profits of every party involved is a means to an end) will become visible later on if it works out as expected. Despite the obsession i am actually ready to drop out of this process and the casino world at every moment and the reason i am still there is because everything went smoothly over the stage so far. It's of course far too time consuming for an hobby and i am actually making heavy monetary losses by not focusing on my "real" job. This kind of obsession (i am not aware of a situation where i went wrong with my instincts/intuition so far thus the "success" of the "campaign") is only possible because the instinct is not money here but an artistic one similar to a painter working on a picture. Nevertheless within the next couple of weeks i will decide to either stay here or to switch the focus back and forget about it and it all depends if this industry is run by idiots of your sort pokerkeep that believe that the most productive people should work for free or by the opposite specie that is aware of that > 99% of people are incapable to think outside of the box (let alone to create anything) and that it is essential to keep the exceptions. There is a chance that despite the massive disadvantage compared to the monopolies of all sorts this industry can survive and remain independent and i've got the ideas how to go about it. This is what the nitro show is about in the end.

All those words and not one bit of sense!

Spend some money - open your own forum - then you can stand on your soap box all day long. You can even derail your own threads!!

You really have some great ideas in the posts I've read, Nitro. I have a difficult time deciphering it all because your posts have no line breaks in them and *I think* English is not your first language. But - I do understand what you are saying. I would love to see the industry come together and rid itself of the 'bad apples'. It would definitely benefit us all if affiliates could get together 'en masse' and make this happen.

The difficult part is getting all the affiliates together to STOP promoting places like Villa Fortuna and the like. There are always big time Black Hat affiliates that will promote these places. There are always affiliates who have spent all their time promoting these places that make a TON of money off of them and refuse to stop promoting them because of the money they make.

If those folks would 'see the light' and stop promoting the crap-houses, we would all be better for it.

So - I love your ideas in that regards. However - you need to stop with the comments about the members here. We are all good, hard-working people and do not need to be berated. I would really appreciate it if you could be a little more civil. It will help us all figure this thing out.

Thanks buddy!

Thank you Jason for the update on Paradise and Cocoa

I for one "see the light" and am in the process of removing all Rival Casinos that are making progressive affiliate deductions and are fleecing affiliate income with the MC fiasco.

Other than Sloto - Box 24 - Paradise and Cocoa Does ANYONE have a list of Rival casinos that are "Doing The Right Thing"

Just Spotted Royal Apollo Thread - Thank You Michael!

Seems like most are trying to keep it hush hush that they have voted to continue to screw the affiliates since they have not sent out any sort of notice! A list is being made up now of all the Rivals that all affiliates should consider removing!

Besides of Sloto, Box24 is a nice one - you see this if you look at their responses here and in other forums. If you show this kind of behaviour a casino like this should be of course promoted. The rest of them are too closely tied to rival and promoting them would be a grave tactical mistake.

We are all good, hard-working people and do not need to be berated.

Just take a look at KasinoKing for example.

Like > 95% of all webmasters he has zero clue about sound web design and you probably have no clue how many people have already been scared off because when they start to look for some gambling stuff all what they find are millions of plain ugly gambling websites with next to no content and you should remember since this is first impression you're judged by the looks.

He is promoting on his website a flawed "slotbeaters" system that has the effect that you are worse off if you play with his system that you would be when playing without (courtesy of JHV).

If that weren't enough he is a staunch defender of the crappiest casino group around - the rivals - and has therefore zero problems firsty to screw people over and secondly to send them to one of the worse outfits around probably because what it looks like this is the most profitable arrangement for him.

He is trying to disguise what he really is about by being a superfriendly, helpful soul on a couple of major forums (The BingoT guy is especially disgusting about that).

Insteat to treat him as the pariah that he is he seems to be a well respected member of the aff community because the rest of the affiliates aren't really that different from him so i picked him as a prototype.

Summa summarum despite the concept being sound affiliates in the current shape are rather a BIG problem with lot of shady characters around but there are happily ways how to go about it.

Just stay tuned...

All those words and not one bit of sense!

Maybe this will make sense?

If the most influential people in the aff community are older women over 50 or people that are like women (guard dog, you...) what follows is the inability to go for any kind of meaningful organization and you have to resort to behaviour like the one described in the posting below.

Nitro...

I have given you the benefit of the doubt. I really tried to allow you to make 'real' points and help others understand your motives and reasons.

However - you have angered way too many of the members here... you have called names... and berated people. It's just not professional.

I'm afraid I've been left with no choice :( I do not recall ever banning anyone at AGD and I really dislike doing so... however, you have left me no choice.

Sorry everyone for the disrepectful comments and unprofessional attitude displayed by Nitro.

There is no reason for banning you. Nitro was purposefully being unprofessional since the beginning even with everyone (mostly) trying to be nice to him.

Again, sorry for his posts... they are meant only to inflame.
