Wow, almost 3 years in the Red? You must have some pretty big players on your account. That's a lot of patience you have my friend, I probably would have stopped promoting them after 6 months of that :) Congratulations though, I hope it stays in the black for a long time.

I did actually stop promoting Bet365 after 13 months in the red (and after I asked if they could help me, but they refused) - I was not going to send them any new players which I wouldn't get paid for!
I then just left the account & waited VERY patiently for my existing players to finally bring my NCO up to zero.

Now I have a difficult decision though; Do I start promoting them again with the risk of further NCO...?
Or stick to casinos who don't have this annoying rule?

Sometimes its a difficult decisions.

Bet365 has very good conversions as compared to some other groups. At the same time you have that annoying rule.

For what its worth - you can trial it out for a few months and see how its goes. Or you can wait for these existing players to bring in some revenue first.

If it were me - considering they refused to help me (which is what you said) I would be inclined to have a serious talk with them and see what can worked out.

Not sure how much they listen or care - but you could sit on the fence for a while.

Congrats!

Maybe we should make some bets about when it will go back into the negative? You may win some money from us to make up for it over time ;)

Edit: Thinking about it now, you could have made bets about when it would go into positive to make up for it... So many possibilities.
