We have a problem regarding a payment from August. Our account was inactive due to the term of inactivity that states 3 new players should deposit within 2 months. Since we got 4 NDP in August, our account should be unlocked and the payment (for the same month) should be processed as well. Trying to get in touch with 3 different AM's over the last weeks to short it out but we had no response. Last time we actually spoke via Skype was 2 months ago. Since then, nobody is answering our emails or messages. Anyone facing similar issues? @MissExposé we always appreciate your help!
