Hello. I didn't know where to put this or to whom send it, so I will post it right here, and on other big casino forums + sportsbookreview. This is a precaution, to not deposit any money into this company betCroc. Everything started about 3 days ago:
There was the promotion 50$ for free for new users. Great I have registered and tried my luck in their casino. After playing some I have won some money. So they said I have to deposit my own 100$, they will give me another 100$ as a 100% deposit bonus and entire 200$ I have to rollover 10x times, and then I can withdraw everything I have on my account. Here is a proof of chatting with TATY (Tattiana Arguello- worker in betCroc company):

So I have deposited my own money via moneybookers and do everything they wanted so rollovered even more than for 2000$. They have counted it and said that everything is great, and I will receive money soon. And now started the problems. From now on I was contacting with Rory Hascall- the president of betCroc.
He asked me how much do I want to withdraw. I answered him that all I have as promised cause I did everything correct. He said okay, and should he close my account and don't I want to leave some money to play more? I said to him that when I see that this new company betCroc is trustfull, and I got my honestly earned money paid out, I will deposit again cause I like their site very much. He said "okay, today moneybookers is closed, so I will pay you off tommorrow morning". But then tommorrow morning he said he has some moneybookers problem and he is not able to pay me off via moneybookers and I have to wait until they fix it or withdraw via wire transfer. I said that I can wait until they fix it.
Well the problem is that they never fixed it, they have closed my account (even if I said not to) and they said I have to withdraw money via wire transfer. So i Have given them all my bank data, my address etc to make the bank wire transfer. And finally he send me an email that investigation is going about some fraud and they will pay me after this. Today he said they will not pay money to anyone and all accounts of a lot of people are closed.
Here are some fragments of what he was writing to me all the time:
"After a thorough investigation from our fraud division it has been decided to close all of your accounts due to not complying with the Terms and Conditions of BetCroc Internet Wagering, and or our Promotional Rules.
We will also no longer be associated with several Internet Gaming Affiliates that were involved in this investigation.
Violations vary from the following on each of your accounts, and or multiple accounts.
False, and or multiple e-mail addresses.
False, and or multiple addresses.
Shared IP addresses.
Multiple accounts, and or multiple accounts under alias names.
False phone numbers.
Threatening e-mails."
and then he writes again:
"So if there are any negative comments posted on any websites, or any other forms of communication, or any more threats of any form...BetCroc Internet Wagering has already prepared to do the following...
A massive email blast to all worldwide Internet Wagering Sites, and any website affiliated with Internet wagering with full disclosure of this entire investigation. This will include all of your names, alias names, email addresses, and or false email addresses, addresses, and or false addresses, IP addresses, personal photos, and all other personal information we have on each of you."
This was my one and only account in this company, but I think they realized they can't pay a lot of money to people that won, cause the wouldn't gain any profits and this is how the cleaned up this case! This is horrific, and I feel mad and angry, look again what he writes: that he will use our photo's from our ID scans if we go with this on public! This is blackmailing, but I am not scared. I saw that a lot more people has the same problem with this guy and his company, so I am going with it on public, I will also write to some companies that cares about online players being used by scam companies like this. If anyone is willing to help us, we will be very gratefull, I can provide you with all emails from them. It is not only about some 1000-2000$ but also about some ethics in the internet gaming, and you can cheat to make your own profits. I will fight for what is mine, and guys- DON'T DEPOSIT ANY MONEY into this company, cause they will close your account, and then tell about some frauds without proofs. I am waiting when he will expose all the details he is blackmailing us, cause then you will see there was no multiple accounts, and ip's etc at all, it was only for taking the money back and not to pay!
