Poker Affiliate World has further defined how negative revenue from one player will be calculated against an affiliate account.

4.9 Negative Gross Revenue: In the event that the Gross Revenue quotient is a negative amount during any given period(s), such negative amount shall be carried forward and deducted from the Gross Revenue amount of the relevant subsequent period of time. Negative revenue from one tracker is applied against the total balance of the account. In the event that the Gross Revenue quotient is a negative amount for three (3) consecutive calendar months, we shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement.


Summary:The term itself has not changed much, it is still a predatory term to terminate an affiliate if the players win for 3 straight months.

Jeez, I'm glad I don't promote them! Also, am I being dumb, but how can you have negative revenue at a poker room? I was under the impression that you got a share of the rake - which, of course, is always positive amount.
