POLESTAR casino doesn't pay commission - CLOSED

We are an affiliate team iGaming Awards Club, we have gaming traffic. An unpleasant situation happened with Polestar Casino when we have not received some part of remuneration for our traffic under the agreed terms of the deal. At once, Polestar casino stopped paying for our players, although FTD and the fact that our players were playing were visible in the affiliate program. All our players passed KPI.The proceedings took a long time. After more than three months, Polestar informed us that due to a technical error, the incorrect number of FTD was indicated in the program and that the players who were ours (the fact from the partner program) were supposedly not ours. After that the players disappeared from the affiliate program.Doesn’t it look like a scam?It turns out that we lost about 10,000 Euro on the CPA and RS parts. Our request to compensate at least part of the amount, since there is no confirmation that these are not our players and this is not a partnership at all, was refused. We urge you to be vigilant when working with this affiliate program.

Dear Sirs,

First, we at Affiliates.DIV have all our Affiliates as high valuable ones and keep an open and clear relationship with all of them.
Regarding the complaint above we would like you to know that:
1 – Back in January we noticed some differences between our PowerBI Reports and the AFF platform report, please see September example:
Aff ID inside platform (please revert to image 1)
Power BI report for aff 225, September 2023, referring 2.805€ in NGR (please revert to image 2)
Affiliate Platform report for aff 225, September 2023, referring 3.660€ in Commission (please revert to image 3)
This is how we noticed that the AFF was being assigned players who did not belong to them, due to a technical problem (please see difference in NGR, for a 30% revenue that was the AFF deal) and that’s the reason we informed the AFF their account had been selected for KYC, and we needed to undergo certain procedures before releasing payment.
2 – There was a technical error in the system that was beyond of our control;
3 – Because of that, the AFF received a report with FTDs that were not from his account;
4 – At no time was the affiliate harmed, the affiliate received everything they were entitled to from their own users;
5 – We made a proposal to the AFF (since the technical error was nor our or theirs fault) to reach a compromise to pay, at least, half of the amount regarding the players that did not belong to the AFF, which was never accepted (please revert to 4)
5 – There have even been payments made after our meetings together, for the traffic brought the following months;
For all the exposed, anyone can understand that we are operating in good faith with the AFF, with the most clarity, and willing to close the issue on amicable grounds.
