problem with new cms

I have added one new cms and now my website is not more in serp of google.

can you help ? am I banned ?

(one example here I have the new page : Online Casino Games and here I have the old page : Online Casino Games )

what I should do ?

should I do add the old links in homepage ?

Because you changed to a new CMS, all your web pages have different URLS now. When you upgrade like this, you need to re-direct all old URLS to the new ones before making this type of move.

You will be re-indexed, but it will take time. Your blog on the same URL is still indexed as I see it.

Make sure you have a Google & Yahoo sitemap and it will help you out.

But - I don't think you are banned.
