Problem with the new affiliate platform

Hi.

Just saw the warning in my affiliate dashboard on bitstarz.com saying that I need to log into the new platform and reset the password.

I have tried using the same login details used on bitstarz.com and also tried the "password recovery" but none of them are working.

I have contacted them via the contact form on the new website but no response so far.

Is there any REP here that can give me a hand please?
