programmers, programmers... ugh!

It is so difficult finding programmers that do what they say they are going to do. It seems to me that most programmers out there start off excellent and either fade slowly... or just go away entirely.

I've wasted so much money on programmers that suck, I wonder if I shouldn't just hire US-Only companies to do that program so that I have someone to sue if they can't complete the job in time.

Definitely is a tough task. I think my programmer is back working on things, though. I am still considering another programmer and just wiping out all this guy's work - not sure yet.

I know other programmers - but those are $75 USD / hour. That's a lot of $$.

I have had my share of US programmers including the $75 per hour who suck too.Good programers tend to have a big backlog , I am waiting over 1 month for my new project to start just because I know the person won't mess stuff up.
