Question about negative net gaming

Hi everybody,
as I've just said before, I'm a newbie in this world and with time I discover new things, so I ask your help to explain me...

affiliate account 1:

last month (March) : 2 signups ; netgaming -0.50$ and -0.15$ earnings
this month (April): 1 signups ; netgaming -0.25$ and -0.08$ earnings
my balance: -0.23$ with only signups and 0 new players, 0 first deposit, 0 new deposits, and so on

today another surprise:

affiliate account 2:

Data range ► 2013-03-01 - 2013-04-26 ► 0 downloads, 0 signups, 0 first deposit BUT -0.21$ net gaming

Why!?

Do these casinos offer any No Deposit free-chips?
That should be the only reason that your accounts go negative if no deposits have been made.

Ok, th account 1 is Affactive and the account 2 is Affiliates United. I know that I can ask to my affiliate managers (and in case I wil do), but if you (KK) are right, in particular way for the account 2............ there should be a player (so signup = 1 and not 0) that played (how much??) to have -0.21$ net gaming??

This is "no deposit bonuses". Affiliate program don't count this type of players, before they make real deposit.

About "Affiliate United". This program have problem with stats, problem with managers, and they have very bad reputation.

Hi ilmagat, I would assume that there have been some free bet deductions. It is probably best to get in touch with your affiliate manager to see if they can provide any details on why your account has gone into negative.

For the 2nd account that has 0 signups within that date range, could the negative be coming from signups that you generated earlier than that date (e.g. in Feb?)

Other than that, I’d suggest checking the program’s terms and conditions to see if they offer any information on how they calculate net gaming, to see where it could go negative.
