Question - Anyone know?

Does anyone know the cost to set up a booth (exhibit) at the London Affiliate Convention? There are no prices on the website and I need to know within 8-9 hours from now Would be helpful also if I knew the cost for Amsterdam as well.

This info is not readily available and I cant find anyone or get a clear reply.
