Hi all, I have a question to all affiliates who recently switched from their original affiliate casino program to alpha affiliates.
My question is : Did you guys who were working directly with either Gunsbet, Goldenstar, Loki, Webbyslot, EUSlot noticed a sudden drop in affiliate revenue after the notification of the move to alpha affiliate?
I have had several discussions now with the affiliate manager from Alpha who is reassuring me that nothing is wrong but still I just can't believe it.
I have worked with golden star since 2017 and redirected a lot of players that have been generating monthly revenue every single month (very active players).
Since the notification in goldenstar (on the affiliate section there was a message that I should register an account on alpha affiliate) I noticed that the revenue / deposits stopped.
I haven't registered there when the notification got brought up, only when the next month I saw 0 deposits and 0 revenue I started to question if I should have had created an account at alpha affiliates. I even thought maybe the players statistics are tracked there now.
I registered an account there and it was complete blank. No players, not even months prior (since 2017). So it means it's a new / different affiliate network.
After contacting someone from Alpha the reassured me nothing is wrong, I asked them to confirm if the players that i brought to the casino were still attached to my account and she send me a screenshot of the proof that I had all my players (80+) to the account.
(Which means that the other guy who posted about the "Alpha affiliate SCAM" here, you are right that Alpha affiliates has all the information from your initial Loki affiliate account).
The reason why this is still bothering me, even when bringing up this discussion now 3 times is that I have directed the players to almost an exact clone of goldenstar (wildtornado casino).
And they are still playing there since 2017. every month bringing in revenue till this date. I have spoken with other affiliate managers about this issue and they told me that the active players are probably untagged from my account... Which could be right because alpha told me that I had 80+/- players attached to my acc, but if I double check on goldenstar it should be 96 players.
So once again, this just doesn't feel right to me. There's something fishy going on here and there isn't much i can do about it + I don't know even who's fault it is...
There are 3 scenarios that could be at play here :
1. 96 players stopped playing at the exact time alpha affiliate notification got introduced to me on the back-end of the goldenstar affiliate page.
2. Goldenstar untagged the players from my account, because alpha affiliates got introduced, which makes me assume alpha is responsible for the loss of revenue but in fact it's goldenstar
3. Alpha affiliates took the players for themselves. Goldenstar gave them my players, (which in fact is true in some way, because they confirmed me the players attached to my goldenstar account in skype).
Anyways, all 3 scenarios are a loss to me and I have no clue who is responsible for what.
But to tell me that 96 referred players stopped playing all at once, at the exact date alpha affiliates got introduced in my goldenstar page (and by email) is just nuts.
the odds for that to be a coincidence is One in a Billion.
