I know the staff at AGD do the best job they can, with, the resources they have at hand. However, may I make a suggestion. When Andy owed AGD, he had a script developed, which, would periodically scan the T&C's of every listed (AGD) affiliate program. This script would alert Andy, and I would assume staff, that a change has been recorded.

It did an excellent job at stopping/preventing a program, who, had previously passed certification, from changing/altering its T&C's, to which could be predatory (as we see above), or changing to unfriendly affiliate terms.

Regardless, it kept programs from pulling unethical rogue stunts like this.

Well Dave, It's really very laborious and time-consuming for me to check the terms, I have absolutely no financial benefit from it, but a lot of especially small and medium affiliates are effected by them and these nice people have almost no lobby in this industry.

I believe, I already have checked close to 20 different programs now here on AGD, but somebody has to do it. Otherwise all this untrue information, sometimes spreaded by the programs themselves, this scams and the on the quiet rewrtitten terms must fear no resistance.

They must be combated.

I mean, what slap into the face of people it is, the banner slogan of Gaming1, when they claim "Earn generous commission".

Here at AGD there is at least the possibility to report the true terms without being censored or worse to help people apart from the useless babble on other places.

We did not purchase the bot/ script from Andy when we took over. We are currently using a 3rd party system to check the terms and are also reading & checking terms manually. Rest assured we are in the process of ensuring the terms are rechecked and the status for certified programs are up to date.

@Roulette Zeitung - we are seeing all your posts and are taking action on them as soon as they come in, we appreciate the help.

I believe these predatory terms are for ESC Online only and we already have a separate forum for that brand which is predatory: https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/community/forums/gaming-1-affiliates-esc-online.936/ and we moved them August last year.
