Red Flush Spam - Where to send?

I need to ask, why doesn't Red Returns veto affiliate accounts before approving them?

dailysend.biz - sending me buckets of spam -got my email from who knows BUT not through legit means, that's for sure.

I need an email to forward this to someone at Red Returns, who will take action and have it stopped. Preferably by kicking this spammer to the curb!
