Hi Guys,
As of Wednesday the 18th of May 2010, Microgaming will be moving the Red Flush US players onto a new software platform. This new platform has moved away from Microgaming and will be licensed from a brand new software provider. The new software will be very similar in look and feel; stability; gaming collection and features, but there will be some notable changes.
You will come to know this as a new brand called Red Flush.Net: A new interface that has been developed for the US market. We remain the affiliate program for Red Flush.Net so there is no need to register any new accounts. The account data for each player is going to be moved across in full with all tags and information that we currently have in our back office. Player tags and revenue will not change at all.
While the migration is taking place, we will not be able to offer any acquisition of new players, but we hope to be able to introduce this in the future. We will keep you updated on this. We will also have to provide manual reporting until we have all of our systems in place. All current links for Red Flush can remain as they are, as players will automatically be re-directed to the US facing casino or website through geo-targeting methods.
This change has been made in order to ensure that we are able to continue offering safety, service & exciting gaming to all our customers. As soon as we know more we will communicate this to you. For now, please feel free to fire off any questions that you might have.
Kind Regards,
Wayne
