Yes. 10002 is a default one. Please check the link or if there is a space after the number.

The link is good and there are no spaces. The link checker is Xenu

this is the link I'm using, same as the second entry in the jpg.

This is how I get it:

Marketing Tools > Proper Links
Brand - WinPalace
Tracker - 12435
Link Language: English
Link Destination: Home Page

Click the Show Button:

Sorry for the late responce - been in a CBG conference.

Our IT have checked and we can't find any tracking issues. Please show me the page were the link itself is placed and we will test it.

I'll post one more screen but I can't spend any more time on it.

Well if look at the top two red lines in the image you can see the dl links for WP and CT with my tracker id's, click them and they redirect to the RTG server (pckgscdn.eu) to fetch the smartdownload installer.

Those url's with pckgscdn.eu are really long and pass the aff id and some other info such as casino name. They're too long to fit on a single screen shot so I just grabbed the part that matters, ie.. the bottom two red lines.

If you look at those bottom two entries with red lines you can see in the case of WP its passing the default id of 10002 where in the case of CT its passing my aff tracker id. (62166) to the RTG server.

Sorry, that's not what i meant. I need to understand how you got to this link- can you please PM me a page of your site from where you got there/ or how you got there-for example: used your regular WP link and clicked on the download button in the main flash....

There is no general tracking issue since i see the default traffic that comes and the % are very low, so i need to test specifically the link from your site or the way you got there.

If you can, please PM me the page of your site where i can test it from.

I understand, that is an actual direct downlink from the back end. its not a link to a landing page link that takes the visitor to the casino where from there they click a dl button.

I actually pulled all the download links but left the landing page links but its nothing for me to put it back. I'll do it now and pm you the page.
