So we have been promoting 1win for almost a year on rev share deal.
We never took the money out as the money comes in our player account and we eventually played and lost it all.
This is the first time we decided to take money out and found that our Player account email has been changed and we are not able to cash out.
Since yesterday we are not able to login to our player account as well as it says "user not found"
Its been a while we are trying to follow up with them but delayed or no response.
I am sure its just a scam nothing else.
We dont care about our $2000 being stuck but wanted to let all the other affs know what they are upto.
