Since yesterday I can not get an intelligible answer about bank wire transfer with my Decmeber 2019 comission. Nobody know in iGamingPartners do they send to me this wire transfer or not.
Today i contact with iGamingpartners affiliate managers via Skype. All that i needed to know do they sent bank wire transfer for me or not. Because i don't receive it yet. And if yes i will need to incoming wire transfer details. Because in these case i must to go to bank and try to finde it.
Today iGamingPartners managers was at Skype. I asked them many times. But within all day i don't get any information. One manager send request to manager #2. Manager #2 don't reply. And when working day is ended aff.managers as always disappear from Skype. And leaved affiliate with unresolved problem.
I worked with iGamingpartners within 6 years. I never have problem with previous managers.
Within several years this is the one and only my request to iGamingpartners. I don't ask additional money or fastpayout or higher Revshare or something like this.
Only what i ask, please give me information do you sent bank wire transfer for me or not. Only information.
Because i have some lifesituation. I must pay one bill this week. And i must to know can i count on this money or not. Becuase if they sent bank wire transfer i get money on these week. If not, i must find money in anoher place.
I sent request on Sunday. Today i explain situation on Skype. All that i must to know do they sent bank money transfer to me yet or no. That is all. Aff.managers tell me that "understand" me, but i don't get any information today. I asked several times.
I don't belive that get this information is need are lot of time. This is absolutely ridiculous if one iGamingpartners aff.manager don't get some simple information from another Igamingpartners aff.manager within all day.
I sure if they want they may give this information within 5 minutes.
The problem is that they don't want to help they affiliates. This is an absolutely formal attitude.
