RESOLVED: Igaming Partners - lost my bank transfer.

Since yesterday I can not get an intelligible answer about bank wire transfer with my Decmeber 2019 comission. Nobody know in iGamingPartners do they send to me this wire transfer or not.

Today i contact with iGamingpartners affiliate managers via Skype. All that i needed to know do they sent bank wire transfer for me or not. Because i don't receive it yet. And if yes i will need to incoming wire transfer details. Because in these case i must to go to bank and try to finde it.

Today iGamingPartners managers was at Skype. I asked them many times. But within all day i don't get any information. One manager send request to manager #2. Manager #2 don't reply. And when working day is ended aff.managers as always disappear from Skype. And leaved affiliate with unresolved problem.

I worked with iGamingpartners within 6 years. I never have problem with previous managers.

Within several years this is the one and only my request to iGamingpartners. I don't ask additional money or fastpayout or higher Revshare or something like this.

Only what i ask, please give me information do you sent bank wire transfer for me or not. Only information.

Because i have some lifesituation. I must pay one bill this week. And i must to know can i count on this money or not. Becuase if they sent bank wire transfer i get money on these week. If not, i must find money in anoher place.

I sent request on Sunday. Today i explain situation on Skype. All that i must to know do they sent bank money transfer to me yet or no. That is all. Aff.managers tell me that "understand" me, but i don't get any information today. I asked several times.

I don't belive that get this information is need are lot of time. This is absolutely ridiculous if one iGamingpartners aff.manager don't get some simple information from another Igamingpartners aff.manager within all day.

I sure if they want they may give this information within 5 minutes.
The problem is that they don't want to help they affiliates. This is an absolutely formal attitude.

So iGamingPartners affiliate managers is activated only after i post thread on AGD. Within one hour, after i send them link to this forum thread, they got all information.

And they are not happy that i am post this thread on AGD.

Aff.manager #2: "I can check, but there was no necessity to write on this forum to be honest".

Aff.manager #2: "There is an issue coming from your side, as your payment method mentioned on your affiliate account is Skrill, and not bank transfer".

1. My payment method was changed from Skrill to Bank Wire transfer 07 January 2020. I have all screens.

2. At the same day 07 January 2020 i sent invoice to sales@igamingpartners.com and copy to affiliates@igamingpartners.com with all my new details for bank wire transfer.

3. Next day 08 January 2020 i am again sent to sales@igamingpartners.com and copy to affiliates@igamingpartners.com with all my new details for bank wire transfer.

4. Today they tell me that "There is an issue coming from your side, as your payment method mentioned on your affiliate account is Skrill, and not bank transfer".

This is not problem on my side. This is porblem on your side igamingpartners affiliate managers. Because you don't check changes in affiiates profiles. And you don't check affiliates emails.

And special to affiliate manager #1. This is absolutely my point of view. But i have many years expirience in this buisness. This is not the buisness for people who don't ready to work sometimes outside office hours frame.

If i ask you about sub-affiliate link and we start conversation, this is absolutely your right, to stop conversation because this is friday evening. And start it again at monday. Formaly your are right.

If i ask you "Aff manager, please help me today with wire transfer details information, this is important for me", this is again you right to stop reply me after working hours is end. And don't matter that problem still unsolved. Your office working hours is ended, so now this is only affiliate problem, not your. Formaly again your are right.

But our buisness work 24/7. In many time zones. We all - affiliates and many affiliates manager very often work ouside working hours. This is specific of our buisness. If you not ready to do this sometimes - my advice - change work.

Hello. Thank you for you help.

No, i don't confirm this.

I banned on Skype one iGaming affiliate manager because i don't get any help from she and sent only formal replys to me.

Now i am still in touch with another iGaming affiliate manager. Aff manager #2 is match better than aff manager #1. He don't speak Russian as aff manager #1, but he give me all information as i want within 2 hours after i opened thread on AGD forum.

The information is: they don't send me anything. Because, from their words, i changed my pament information in pofile too later (8 January), and inormation in invoice and payment proile was different.

Now inromation in invoice and profile is simmilar at least 7 days. But this is still insurmountable difficulties to send wire transfer for me.

I don't get money to my bank accout yet. And i don't get refference number as proof that wire transfer sent yet. So nobody sent me my payment at present time.

Affiliate manager try to protect iGamingPartners as he can. He tell me about 3rd party who send payments, big holidays, many request from another affiliates e.t.c. I understand him, this is his duty.

But i can't explain my workers something like sorry guys, *** afiliate program have chaos and mess, one afiliate manager don't know what another affiliate manager do, let's wait 1-2-3-week before somebody remember about our payments.

And once again. More important. Nobody from affiliate program will would deal with this problem if i don't post thread hear on AGD and other affiliate forums.

So problem is far away from resolved. I am not sure that after 1-2-3-days or week they suddenly remember that they don't send SWIFT transfers or don't send bank wire transfer to asia or somebody like this.

I know all this tricks very well. They want that i am wrote here that problem solved. And after this they forget about this problem again.

So, PROBLEM STILL UNSOLVED! Igamingpartners please send we reference number that you send bank wire transfer and i write that problem solved immideatly. Until this - PROBLEM STILL UNSOLVED.

I get Refference number from aff.manager. They sent money transfer. Problem solved.

I must reopen this thread. Problem again still unsolved. I still don't get wire transfer. My bank can't found wire transfer via number that they give me.

Aff.manger unavailable until 27 January. I don't understand how is possible to work like this.

Off course may be my bank wire transfer delay. But at present time bank wire transfer usulay go very quick. I get wire transfers from Russia and UK, to my Thai bank account on regular base. 99% The time is - today you sent, tomorrow morning money on your account.

Hm yes and no. Thai banks are very quick. But waiting for a US$ wire from a bank in Armenia. My (receiving) bank told me it can easily take 10 business days.

Maybe, but this wire transfer must come from EU (this is based on iGaming partners words). And based on previous experience with communication with this people, i am not sure that this is bank system delay.

I think that more probability that:

a.) They forgot to send wire transfer.
b.) They wire transfer have problem and they forgot to inform
affiliate about this.

As i say above, i must remind this people every day about me and my problem. And they have tons o reasons: we have many affiliates, this is difcult to sent wire transfer outside SEPA e.t.c.

@Moonlight Cat - Double check to make sure that your address details on record for both the aff program and your bank are the same. I had a similar issue where the two addresses were different which resulted in the payment failing somewhere along the line.

Hello DaftDog, thanks. I checked several times account number and other details. All must be right. Checked bank account again. Now is 13:46 in Thailand. No any wire transfer yet.

p.s. affiliates@igamingpartners.com, sales@igamingpartners.com, support@igamingpartners.com - as always no reply. Aff.manager on vacation.

New day. No money, no reply to my emails. No reply - this is non-respect. I may understand bank problems, but i don't understand why they ignore my emails.

I have no other choose as post in other affiliate forums that they no pay and ignore affiliate emails.

I don't know who and why hired these people in iGamingParnters affiliate team, but this is big mistake. This peoples is ruin all igaminpartners reputation. Previous affiliate team never work like current. Previous work match better.

Yesterday i got email from Lucky31 Casino. I asked support to contact with iGamingAffiliates team. Because they don't reply. This is absolutely unprofessional work.

This affiliate managers don't solve any problem, don't control anything, don't check emails, don't reply.

Maybe somebody explain me, why do they get paid they salary? For what? If they would give me the contacts of their financial department I would decide everything directly more effective. Without them.

Once again, anybody explain me the role of this affiliate managers in this company? What they do on they work?

They told me that they have problems with bank transfer outside SEPA. But they told me this after i send invoice, not before. They have "Wire Transfer" options and "SWIFT" field. So who must know that they have problems with SWIFT wires?

May be the put this information on they site? No, no any information about these. I think affiliate managers must do these, not me.

I am sorry for community for these emotions. But this is real make me angry.

This affiliate managers don't solve any problem, don't control anything, don't check emails.

Once again i understand that sometimes financial delay in our business is happen.

But i am absolutely don't understand the ignoring. Why i am like clown must post here every day to ask my own money? Only because one on vacations and others don't check emails?

This is absolutely no problem if i see that managers do something. But if this is only formal reply and ignoring - this is unprofessional.

Yesterday another affiliate program sent wire trasnfer to me. Wire was sent from UK bank at day time (local time). Today morning (local time) money on my thai bank account. Wire transfer from iGamingPartners still not come. Affiliate managers still not reply.
