RESOLVED: Iwild partners payment issue

We have been working with iWild for over a year. However, they have been delaying payments since August. We got the commission for August and September in October and we still haven't received the commission payments for October and November. Additionally, the affiliate manager (Ilian) is not responding at all. Although I have requested a change of aff. manager or contact for head of affiliates. I reached another affiliate manager and she has not provided this information either. Even if there were a problem, I would still be understanding if they responded and apologized for the delay. However, this lack of communication is unacceptable.
