As you mentioned in your mail we have had a update to our affiliates software. All the old accounts have been immigrated over to the new software and all your details have been updated

Your log in details have been changed slightly on the new software and know you will need to use CX- before your user log.
In your case that will be CX-(usual login) your password has remained the same

If for any reason this details do not work or if you have any more inquiry's regarding your account or software please don't hesitate to contact our affiliates department on the e-mail affiliates(@)casinoextremeDOTbiz

I cannot believe they did this and did not bother to inform affiliates of the change! This just goes to show they are not a legit and reputable affiliate program!!

They informed affiliates...

I received notice via email back on 11/17:

Dear XXXX

Please note that as of tomorrow - Thursday, 18 November 2010 we will be launching our new affiliate control panel at Casino Extreme. The upgrade will occur between 9am and 11am EST and should be completed within an hour. As such please be advised that as of this time your affiliate account username will be changed with the addition of a "CX-" prefix effective immediately on completion of the upgrade.

The new Casino Extreme Affiliate control panel offers enhanced features, advanced reporting and many exciting additions!

Your CasinoExtreme.biz account login is as of 12pm EST will be as follows:

Username: CX-XXXX
Password: XXXX

Please also note the following:

1) Your account details will be migrated from the old system - as such please log into the control panel and ensure that the details are correct and accurate.
2) Your outstanding account balance will be migrated from the old system.
3) New statistics for your account will accumulated from 12pm EST and old statistics will be available on request.
