Lately I've been going through my partner list and noticed that I have pending/unpaid commission (for multiple months) from Joya Casino/Affiliates. Reached out to my manager without any success, complete ignore

Could anyone from AGD team help me a bit by reaching out to them and asking what's happening? Maybe they just decide to ignore small/mid affiliates..
