There is notices going around that Rival is making ALL brands leave the states, new players can continue but no more new USA. Affiliatewide is changing over to TopGame wonder who else will change software.

Good Bye Rival, you should have went down long long ago!

No Canadian players either.

Thanks for the heads up I'm sure I didn't remove all their casinos, this is a good motivator. TopGame you'd think they could have picked something a bit more decent.

Help me out people, has this been officially announced or is it just a rumour at the moment?

Yep, confirmed. I received this email from Deckmedia yesterday.

Dear Affiliates,

It is with great regret that we have to inform you that as from 7th August 2011 our software provider, Rival Powered, will no longer allow new registrations from the United States.

It is important for you to know that existing players will remain active and we already have a plan of action to keep them depositing and earning you commission.

We invite you to subscribe to our revamped weekly newsletters so you can stay tuned of all retention and conversion campaigns we are running for your active players and new potential customers. This is a valuable source of information and if used properly, it could potentially give us both better player value and profits long term.

Following up on our previous email we are making some exciting changes in the next month, including our new live support that will be up and running plus we will have exciting news coming out soon.

We thank you for your continued support. Expect only the best in the upcoming newsletters.

Kind Regards,

Deckmedia Affiliate Team

It's been "No Canadians" at any Rival Casino since February 1st, 2009 - I don't see that ever changing.

I have also had e-mails from other programs (in addition to Deck Media & Affiliate Wide) - it's definitely ALL Rival based casinos which will no longer be able to accept new USA players after tomorrow.
Existing USA players can still use their accounts - at least, for now...

my reply stating no Canadian players was in referrence to Bonustreaks' comment - Good Bye Rival, you should have went down long long ago!

perhaps no longer true, I understood that after US, Canada had the next biggest market. Hard to operate without the two biggest markets.

I guess its time to start some non-usa sections :)

The biggest loss will be Golden Cherry (affactive) no longer accepting USA players. I don't think it's been announced yet, but they are run by Rival Gaming software.
