So guess I was right when I said it would not take long for Rivals to use the QT case as a method to once a gain steal our earnings.

Lion Slots- You have stolen my earnings, your theives, Bonnie Chance are no good greedy theives as well for allowing this to happen!
The deposits that were made by my players were NOT bad deposits that was money paid to you instantly via QT, as you know there is never a way for a player to do a chargeback when using the QT method. You were paid right on the spot.

What your now doing is taking away any and all QT deposits made to recover the loss of the reserved funds you had in the wallet, this is stealing. We all know for a fact when your funds are returned to you in due time from QT, you will not be returning these stolen funds to affiliates!

I hope everyone that is getting money stolen from there is removing all these programs, this is small money to us and earned from existing players we have removed all white lables long ago other then Sloto.

<DIR>As Im sure you are aware, QuickTenders account were seized by the US Government. This affected us, as well as our players and affiliates.
Unfortunately, the matter is completely out of our hands. We no longer have access to our QuickTender account or any funds that were in there.
I am sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, these are trying times for our industry.
Regards,
Lio

FYI - Lionslots has long been owned by Bonne Chance as I recall. They started off with ownership and Bonne Chance took control of it as they have many others.

Slow death of a gambling company? Its like a never ending saga. With the number of US players they had, how long will they will be able to run their operations.

Christine did you know Sloto does NOT have a withdrawal method in place for players?
Christine did you know Sloto does NOT have a withdrawal method in place for USA players?
Minor correction! ;)

In Europe (and probably the rest of the world) players can withdraw by Neteller, MoneyBookers or ECO card.
Still not enough IMO, but better than nothing!

The fact they are still taking deposits but yet have no withdrawal option for US Players is ROGUE IMO. I have pulled them up on this over on Casinomeister last week.

As I state in my review of Rival:

There are three words to sum up Rival Gaming, the Canadian Casino Software Company; UnderFunded, UnderStaffed and White Labels. Well make that four words :-s.

Now Sloto are also bordering on rogue by readily accepting deposits from US players, whilst they cannot send those US Players their withdrawals. Perpetual reverse withdrawal syndrome.

Anyone want to link up their rival page with mine, list it in this thread and I'll add it as a resource/further reading to my Rival page.

OK I cant sit back and read this rubbish... I am new to posting here, but have been in this business a long time... Most of you know me, or of me. I have done business with Deck Media for years.....

They have always paid affiliates, even when a merchant was taken, the owners dug in her pocket to pay affiliates. This last time was unfortuniate..... Players have always been paid promptly and on time. I dare you to find 1 instance of sloto not paying players.....

As for payouts for US player... They are getting paid by Wire Transfer..

Webscaz, you can read casionmeister all you like... study it.. but get your facts straight.... before you pop off about something you know nothing about.

Deck Media/ Slotocash is also featured on Gaurd Dog's front page... so they must be doing something right.

I stand by this.... This business is in transition... we are all in this together...

try looking for solutions... it benifits everyone.

i hope you let this post

Welcome to AGD lucky7,

When I log into my player account and click withdrawal options there's nothing there? so how can you claim there is wire transfers available for US Players?

Hi Lucky 7

I'm not going to get embroiled into a slangling match with you, but I will assert that I made my post based on the facts.

The facts are, that Sloto for several days had no withdrawal option for US Players, but were happily taking deposits for US Players. The correct course of action would have been to withdraw the deposit facility, until such time a withdrawal facility was made available for players.

I am glad to see that a withdrawal option is now available for US Players. But this does not change the fact that IMO they acted wrongly. Especially in light of the uncertainity in the US market at this time.

For reference please see this thread:

I hesitate to say this but... is this rogue?

I've had the misfortune of going through all our Rival accounts since around June last year as part of our accounting over the past few days. I thought I would share some choice stats for the Rival-owned Simon Says Casino that really are quite unbelievable.

Note that we haven't actually been sending them traffic this year, it is all from residual players.

Nov-10 commission: $209
- Bad deposits: $209.
= Actual commission: $0

Dec-10 Commission: -$960
- Bad deposits: $0
= Actual commission: $0

Jan-11 commission: $300.
- Bad deposits carryover from Dec-10: $300
= Actual commission: $0

Apparently the winner in Dec-10 must have used a "bad deposit" (it could not have been a chargeback as the same player has kept playing in following months) despite not including it in the stats, and they paid the winnings even though they knew these "bad deposits" were happening the month before in November. Call me skeptical.

Feb-11 commission: $229
- Bad deposits carryover from Dec-10: $229
= Actual commission: $0

Mar-11 commission: $405
- Bad deposits carryover from Dec-10: $300
- Bad deposits: $101
- Progressive carryover: $4
= Actual commission: $0

Neat how it all adds up to the exact amount of commission we "earned"!
Notice also that 300 + 300 + 229 = 829, which is not even the 960 amount that was supposedly carried over from Dec-10. While that appears to be in "our favour" it doesn't exactly inspire confidence in their accounting abilities.

Apr-11 commission: -$304
- Bad deposits: $0
= Actual commission: $0

May-11 commission: $535
- Bad deposits: $397
- Bad deposits: $114
- Progressive carryover: $24
= Actual commission: $0

Well what do you know, it all adds up to zero again!

I see similar crap on the others too but this one had to be the worst and most blatant. We also lost about $1500 in one month alone at Rockbet.

If anyone has the slightest doubt that these Rival scumbags aren't blatantly ripping us off, what more proof do you need?

Bravo Lucky7 after so many yrs of being an aff this thread has finally brought you out of the lurking mode and to defend Deck Media go figure, now that is loyalty.

Also just because you had to throw in the sponsor card means nothing to me, you don't sponsor my site as a platinum sponsor and as far as I knew AGD was about us affiliates expressing our concerns to each other no matter what that does NOT mean my thoughts are the same as the forum owner here.

Deckmedia is not and has never been a sponsor, sorry :( That was my fault somehow.

I do believe they are doing right by offering new deposit and withdrawal methods... Rival is the one really screwing this up, though. I know they worked hard to get the methods in place - but Rival is Sloooooowwwwww.

As far as Simon Says - arean't they also owned by Bonne Chance now?

hmm
deckmedia June:3k+ commission
and...3k+ bad deposits

I can certainly accept processing issues (for all affs in the dark - high risk processing is just a numbers game and affs are lowest in the food chain).
BUT getting all commissions flagged as bad deposits in realtime (for current month) is wierd. should be at least 14 biz days for the cycle to complete before geting flagged as bad

ahh, its my first post
