Riviera Royal & Ricardo's - Anyone got a contact?

Both these Rival casinos owe me (small) affiliate income going back as far as April this year & October last year respectively.
But neither have replied to any of the e-mails I have tried sending them...

So if anyone can give me any way of contacting them which actually works I would be very grateful.
