Anyone else's RTG's take a nose dive the last couple/few weeks?

Seeing I had over 10k visitors, 21k page views and 1900 return visitors in the last 30 days alone I'd see something positive.

Have people stopped gambling online or something?

Well at least my Rivals are doing ok.

Not surprised!
Just my personal opinion:
RTG slots are poor and their bonuses are (mostly) crap. (Many are criminal!)
Rival slots are WAY better and some of their casinos have GREAT bonuses.

Given the choice, I would always chose Rival over RTG for the same, or even a slightly worse bonus!
The only really terrible things about Rivals are their ludicrously slow cash-out times, and their insane policy of bonus-banning winners, which just drives them away & gives the casino ZERO chance of winning their money back (also the affiliate has ZERO chance of earning anything).

I'm not surprised customer numbers are down - there's just too much crap in this industry.

Yes, I've seen a huge dropoff with RTGs. Conversions are way down (over 900 clicks per new depositor on multiple brands), and earnings are sucking ass, too. It's like they are using Rival processing or something -- players are making $25 deposits and that's it.

Please fix this, guys -- get the processing fixed ASAP.

Either way it's worth thinking ahead on this. Where will RTG and Rival find themselves if regulation comes in the USA? Whatever you do, you should spread the risk IMO.

I've also seen a drop off but nowhere near the scale that Engineer is reporting. Thankfully.

I had assumed this was a processing issue as the usually super solid CWC dropped off a couple of months ago in an unusual manner. I've been changing casinos in and out since then, but last month I got 1/3 of my usual number of depositors at RTGs. And this month, I've had only 3 new depositing players as per the last time I looked.

I got 20 new depositors every month for 3 years previous to the last couple of months so something is up.

If anyone knows of a reliable RTG that doesn't seem to be exhibiting processing issues, then feel free to PM with a sub-affiliate link.

RTG Brands

Hi

Funnily enough I have not experienced this problem with RTG's WinPalace.

Conversion team are doing their thing, and I have good numbers and only started with them on the 22nd August 2010.

Good results and good conversions and actives.

So maybe its not all RTG brands

You mean 22 of July I presume?
I was getting good conversions with them and had 14 real players but they've all stopped playing at end of July. 10 days in to August and not a new player or a single deposit.

Is Lock Casino a well performing RTG casino?

I see them listed high on many affiliates sites and guess they perform well.

Lock used to be good, but now they suck. It takes way too long for players to get paid -- even those outside the USA. Players in the UK shouldn't have to wait weeks for a withdrawal to end up in their NETeller account.

Hi there

Yes sorry I meant since the 22nd July (my bad) :(

But seriously somehow this brand is performing phenomenal.

I must add thats its the European markets only.

Will be testing US later this week.

Like Engineer said - they had a great launch but rapidly fell on their faces.
They have now been put in the "Rogue Pit" by CM and I have removed all their banners from all my sites.
Basically they are not paying players - and even worse is they won't discuss what the problem is with anyone.

It's very sad as I had high hopes for them & got on really well with their people when we met in London. They seemed totally genuine & committed to providing a great, reliable casino - heaven knows what went wrong... :(
