Hi,

Since April 2015 we have been trying to collect our commission of over 8000 Euros from these casinos, which are all held by the same owner -
Cyberneedle NV - Company name
CN Payment Services Ltd - Payment processor
CEO is Vladimir Kilin (Might be fake) - https://www.linkedin.com/in/vladimir-kilin-6800221b

Casinos are:
grandwild.com
heavychips.com
adamevecasino.com
chipspalace.com
lotaplay.com
bet4joy.com

Everytime we speak to our affiliate manager regarding the payment we are getting a new excuse to delay us.

Even though we have been paid by them in the past, 2 months ago they said we needed to sign a "special contract" with them in order to receive our commission, after making the contract like they requested, it was still not enough.. so we asked them to make a contract in order for us to sign it, we have not received it yet.

Than, 3 weeks ago, we were told that we will receive the funds within 2 weeks time, and once again, nothing came, everytime we're getting the same response, that we need to wait and that the funds are on the way.

It took some time, but it is now clear to us that we will never receive the profit we have made for referring our traffic to these brands.. from what we were told, these brands are up for sale, and I assume that this company would like to sell their brands with a debt, so they will not have to pay that themselves and maximize their profit over affiliates.

We have blacklisted these brands and stopped sending them traffic, we ask everyone else to do the same and share if you encountered similar issue with this company.

Also, we're looking to take other actions in order to receive are well deserved commission.

Thank you for your help!

Sorry to hear you've been, by what looks like it now... SHAFTED.
Out of interest though... What due diligence (if any), do you use before taking on casino aff programs and their related casinos?

https://www.linkedin.com/in/mark-beaver-2845a151/en - dig around that profile, might find some leads/people on stones to turn-over ;)

Not really for me to be "judging" what other affiliates do (I've made my fair share of mistakes) and I know nothing at all about this operator, but just the NAMES of the casinos in that group would make me run a mile!

For many this will just be another thread.
But I completely understand what you are going through.

I am wondering how come licensing authorities like Malta Gaming Authority or even the UK gambling commission and others do no enforces terms to protect affiliates. Something will have to be done.

That's an easy question.
The only people who CARE about affiliates, is the affiliate who like yourself and others, are owed money by xyz program.

Not too many give a toss if it doesn't affect their bottom line.

As far as the licensing bodies, they only care about the revenue it generates and that may also extend to players. But affiliates are out in the cold. Bizarre given it's estimated that 70%+ of business to casinos, is generated by... You guessed it, affiliates...

Something will have to be done.

I've spent 12 years of my 15 in the industry, saying the same thing... Honestly the people who could force change, wont because they don't care!
