Just thought I would say a huge thank you to Referback for make a spectacular new dashboard! The very detailed reports you offer now make me very happy:rolleyes:.

Thanks for taking the important things affiliates ask for serious and implementing them. Many other programs should follow in your footsteps.
The only other thing I could ask for is a side login for my employees to get in grab banners and not see the data, this would help me immensely.

Not really, it has been shuffled got that actually reports are lacking vital information. Second to that I never seem to do more than a box full of groceries.

I like them but have some holdbacks.

Good people but waiting for a breakout month with them. Over all for me, they are in the middle of the pack for Micros.

What is important to me is that they are competitive with other MGs.
So until they reduce their crazy WR from x50 to match the x30 most others offer - they are just a waste of web-space. :(

Hey inspiration
Must have been a small box of groceries, maybe just a lemon or two? Referback are just time wasters; if there was an award for rhetoric RB would win the gold medal.

Sorry pdjoe they are in the low end of MG Casinos in my books, my opinion if you promote them you are just wasting your time and efforts.
all you get from them is blah blah blah, not sure if they are really interested in affs anyway; but i am sure RB will soon say in the next post here they are really gonna take care of you, like santa and the easter bunny does every year.

You may not like Referback, but plenty do well with them. They do treat affs well and, after many years in the industry are still going strong (unlike may others). Please don't disparage them because you dont like them, personally.

The deal with RB is that they have been around a long time (as well as their casinos). They can be more difficult to convert because many players already have an account - but that isn't RB's fault. It means that they have had a long history of successful affiliates... and that is a good thing!

Just my 2 cents.

Hi Inspiration,

We recognise that to date our reports have been a little lean.

We are addressing this by rolling out newer more detailed reports. The first of these is the Daily Acquisition Report.

It provides you with the following data by day:
Brand, Visits, Downloads, Opens, Actives (first time depositors), MultiActives (deposited two or more times), Purchases

We have a few more in the pipeline which will incude a player level report showing deposits, preferred games etc.

Regards,
Shane

I think most of us asked for this years ago which IMO is the bare minimum these days.

I also would like to player reports on an individual (player #) level as this is essential for audits etc.

Profits wise I wish I could say great but it is not, this month is not exception :

in earnings $30.79
in positive netwin $123.17
in netwin ($335.30)
First time depositors 3
Registrations 17
Downloads 83
Visits 409
Players contributing 08

1. On the other hand I am wondering if our affiliate ID is tracked on the about us pages to other Referback brands

like this one :

xxxhttp://www.jackpotcity.com/about-us.aspx --> decollapse "our brands"

2. are the old links without "casino" in the url still tracking or not ?

3. xxhttp://www.gamingclub1.com/casino-promotions/ btw is a dead page

Ok thanks GD i get it now, newbies stay away because of the years in business, large established customer base and low conversions because of this.

I know Andy was not saying newbies stay away, I believe he was saying if your new plan to work a bit harder at gaining new players. Target certain countries do things a bit different then you normally would. Also I know if you talk to your affiliate manager he/she will be happy to set up something exclusive for you to market.

Sorry I had no intentions of starting a debate here I just wanted to say something nice to a program that is listening and are trying to make changes to their system. Often times programs are attacked and never given a shout out for the good deeds they do.

I think they have some positive (one account for all properties) and negative (been there since the internet started : hard to find new customers) things about them if you can get some exclusive deals maybe conversion would be better. I would say do not give them to much exposure unless you think you have found a niche market.

I would like to know about the questions I have asked in my previous post.
