Skrill For Neteller

Hi Guys,

We received an affiliate payment of $900 to a Skrill account. Problem is we don't use Skrill. Not going to go into details but it was a slight 'oversight' on the affiliate program's side. We only use Neteller as a payment option.

If someone has a Skrill as well as a Neteller account we can transfer the funds to your Skrill account, in return the person can just pay the cash into my Neteller account.

I'm a little bit confused here... How can they of paid to to Skill if you don't have a Skrill account? ???

I do have both, but my Skrill is in € and my Neteller is in $.

The payment has been made although we don't have a Skrill account which is confusing at best. They just emailed us the Skrill account details which indicates that the amount has been paid, it's a flat fee deal btw. Trying to solve this now with the affiliate program.
