Who attended LAC this year? How was it for you?

Slow Saturday tho, but all in all nice expo!
Can't agree on this regarding parties. What do you think?

One of the best ever for me!
Friday was very busy with loads of planned meetings.
Normally Saturday is the “quiet day” when I have fewer planned meetings, but this year it turned out manic with back-to-back ad-hoc unplanned meeting with LOADS of people I just bumped in to! (Including you Jelena, of course!)

The BIGGEST disappointment is half the people I e-mailed on Monday to follow up our meetings have NOT REPLIED!
This is VERY annoying - why make all the effort to go to LAC if you're not going to follow up after?
Will give them until next week (7+ days to reply), then NAME and SHAME!

Didn't go to the party - I'm too old for having to shout at each other - I prefer a quiet chat.

Great for me as well! I am working 12 hr days to get caught up and trust me I wish some of these folks would respond back as well KK!
The awards were very nice- I attempted to go to the Sat party which turned out to be crap after standing in a line for 30 mins... I heard the venue was nice but I would prefer to see it in warm weather.
Fri was mental & so busy! Sat was more low key and easier to chat with others.

Haha, it's so strange to hear now that so many operators are not replying I thought it's more common for affiliates

For me, as a big fan of parties, this conference was a bit disappointing. I missed that class and glamour of Awards, Friday's party took place in some odd wooden club, half-empty with unfamiliar people (so I was wondering if I'm in the right place a couple of times, since I went alone) - luckily later I met a couple of dear people so we had fun. Saturday was a torture, because I came to queue in the worst timing - waited for over an hour and when I finally came in, it was not easy to fit in, being 100% sober
Expo on the other hand was awesome!

London was a lot of fun this year. I really enjoyed myself. Great company, sleepless nights and plenty of good conversations about business - even managed to lose my voice. There are plenty of new people in the industry especially with the entry of binary and forex so no wonder we see so many new faces and can feel lost at the big parties. Anyway, I prefer to just party at the big parties rather than network anyway. We had after parties in my suite each night which was a big success -smaller but still big enough, quieter but music you could dance too, plenty to drink and snack. Have a great week!

Lol Lloyd, I've heard there're going to be parties in your apartment, even before I arrived in London!
At the official parties, you looked like the most cheerful person who has the best time ever!

Hi Jelena, after so many conferences I think I've managed to learn a few things, like for example don't expect or look for achieving too much from a conference other than some new contacts and some agreements to try new things with existing affiliates and most importantly to go have a really good time and try workout in the mornings - nothing heavy but a good run and and exercises just to try maintain some normality LOL

Lloyd your hospitably in your suite was amazing fun!! Would have been a bit tough running at 5am still drunk after leaving the room party on Fri... HAHA!
What a blast Fire & Ice party was a blast, I know that it is not partof LAC but I have to mention that was an epic party! Jodi and Micheal did a wonderful job.

That being said I do like to party but often times I find just sitting in a pub or in the lobby bar is wonderful for networking and we can hear each other..
