Just out of interest what have ppl done with ladbrokes with regards to past signups/earnings?

1). Accepted new conditions and carried on regardless
2). Spoken to a lawyer & prepared to fight ladbrokes on contractual basis of past agreement.
3). Deleted ladbrokes from websites & given up.
4). Other..

Wanted to do a poll, but couldnt see the feature for it. :D

Just accepted and carried on, by not giving them any promotion spaces. Basically have them as content for your website and that's all. I am sure for someone who has been promoting them heavily and will lose a lot after this, this might not be the best solution but they have never been big for me, so I could care less.

I am working on a new Rogue site that will be in conjunction with AGD. It is being developed graphically right now and then will put a wordpress template together for it. I'll be linking to everyone's rogue pages from that point.

Hence Ladbrokes will be on that list?

Yes, they will be on that site with a full article about the issues. They are also on NONE of my affiliate websites and never will be unless they make their changes non-retroactive.

I doubt they care much about affiliates' opinion and doubt they will do that. BTW the Ladbrokes 'Have Retroactively Changed T&C's?' reads NO

Never made much money with them, but this is not the point.
What they did is rogue, and if we just sit and do nothing, we risk that more programs will follow, since they see that anyways noone is doing something against it.

I am warning my visitors about Ladbrokes and their aff program Score Affiliates.

Ladbrokes - Rogue! Don't play or bet at Ladbrokes.com (english)
Ladbrokes ist UNSERIÖS (german)
Ladbrokes NIET BETROUWBAAR - (dutch)

So far only Engineer and bonustreak have posted also their links to rogue pages here.... https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/f...e-unless-changes-made-t4849-p5.html#post32971

To be honest, I am amazed that not more affiliates did something so far.

Although we talking here about Ladbrokes I would likt to add that the same counts for Interpartners formerly partnerlogic.
They also changed the terms retroactively, please don't forget about them.

Also not many so far which have posted a link to their rogue/blacklist pages... https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/f...nterpartners-formerly-partnerlogic-t4851.html

To be honest I think that Affiliates are now so used to getting screwed over, that they can't even be bothered to fight it any more... :(

KK
You took the words right out of my mouth.

I can't even count how many times we all have been through this same kinda thing.

To be honest, I just don't see any point anymore in fighting these battles.

We NEVER 'Win', the very best we can do is to 'hurt' the offending program, and I believe we hurt ourselves as well in the process.

I started a blacklist in 2004, at one time my site was #1 for "casino blacklist", I followed that keyword set for a long time. I have since pulled back from that keyword set and don't rank at all for those keywords, simply because of the negative press, lack of punter concern and the fact that we accomplish nothing positive by starting and promoting blacklist.

What do you think goes on the in average punters head when he/she sees an online casino blacklist?
It sure isn't... lets pull out the CC and deposit...

IMO, the best thing to do with programs like this is vote with your feet.

Added///
We NEED to positively promote our business.
There are enough people out there that are trying to hurt us and putting negative headlines out about online gambling ... Do we really need to hurt ourselves by promoting the 'bad' side of the business with blacklists??
