I wanted to make sure many people seen my post, so i decided to post it here rather than post it in the Go Wild Gaming thread.
I just wanted to talk a little and give big compliments out to Igor and Go Wild Casino. Igor has to be one of the top affiliate managers out there. He is very helpful, always available when he's online, and when he is not online, if you send him an email, he responds within 24 hours. If you have any problems he will go searching for an answer and almost everytime has gotten back with me within the same day.
The most recent issue i had and needed some answers was with my December's earnings. I have been promoting Go Wild Casino for about 3 months now, and my traffic and earnings have been steadily growing. When January 1st rolled around, my stats had said that i earned $531.80 for the month of December, i was excited because around the 20th or so, i had a player cashout a decent amount and had wiped out my earnings of $600 all within one withdrawal, and actually leaving me with a negative balance of about $80.
Well, the next 10 days, i seen deposit after deposit and my earnings was getting back up to the minimum amount for a bankwire($500) and ultimately, by January 1st, as said above had reached the amount of $531.80. This was the 1st month i was gonna use bankwire and i was excited about reaching that minimum amount as i could use these earnings atm. I know that sometimes adjustments are made shortly after the month ends, so i waited to see by January 3rd and my stats still viewed the same, so i sent my bankwire info over to Igor, expecting a payment soon.
Then on Tuesday the 5th of January, I had left him a message on MSN wondering if he could say when payments would be sent out, as always before, I had received payments by the 5th of the month. He contacted me later on and asked why i didn't send an email, and i told him i wasn't too worried as I knew payments would go out soon, and he proceeded to say he thought the last time he looked, I hadn't earned the minimum amount for the bankwire.
Knowing that on the 3rd of January, my stats still read $531.80 and i was confused, so i went to have another look and indeed, now my stats read about $453 instead of the $531.80. Not only was it around $80 less, but more importantly, it was less then the minimum payment allowed for a bankwore to my account, and I wasn't happy at all. Igor then told me, "let me have another look", and then came back and told me that he seen no deductions from Go Wild Casino's end, and he wasn't sure why there was a difference. I told him I was deeply disappointed because i figured if there were any changes, it would have happened before the 3rd or 4th day of the month.
He told me he would work on it and get back with me. Well, I went offline and when I logged in that morning, I had a message waiting on me on MSN with Igor telling me that he was inquiring about this with Microgaming, but it could take days for an answer and that i should not worry about my payment, that they decided since my earnings said what I had seen for 3-4 days after the 1st of the month, that they would sent my payment of $531.80 so that i would get my bankwire.
I thought how cool is that, and figured that they would just deduct that extra amount from my next month's earnings. I seen Igor was online, so I pinged him on MSN, and he told me he got a response back from Microgaming and in fact, they made adjustments to my earnings for some bonus or something, but again said don't worry about the extra money they allowed me so that i received my bankwire. Igor said consider the extra money as a bonus from him and Go Wild Casino and the extra amount would not be deducted from future earnings.
I Couldn't believe it! I knew that Igor and Go Wild Casino is and has been great since working with them, but i never expected for them to do something like this, and figured i would just have to wait until the next month to get a payment.
Now thats going above and beyond what is expected of an affiliate manager and casino. Also, I must say, my number of deposits each month for the past 2 full months of promoting them have been 80+ deposits each month. For those kind of numbers for so few players sent to them of only 3 months, tells me that they give 110% on helping affiliates retain players.
If anyone here in not promoting Go Wild Casino, I would strongly urge you to open that affiliate account today and get started. I'm sure no one will be disappointed promoting this awesome brand and i'm thankful i've had the opportunity to promote them myself.
