I haven't received a word from Superfly/FullCream in a long time and I'm starting to think they're losing touch. My e-mails to my affiliate manager bounce back and all e-mails to general aff support go ignored/unanswered.

Has anyone heard a squeek out of them in the last few months?

TIA.

Edited to add: just after posting this, I noticed a 728x90 at AGD promoting.... FULL CREAM. Is this an old campaign? They changed that name a LONG time back.

Yep :)

That's what I meant by "all e-mails to general aff support go ignored/unanswered"

I'm assuming AGD is getting the silent treatment too from Superfly. Who do we report missing persons/aff progs to? Someone should check they've not fallen down a big hole or something.

Lol - Fallen down a big hole is apt - they don't seem to be answering anyone or anything - I've tried as well - no response at all.

I signed up with Superfly in April and was contacted by Simon who used email support@fullcreamaffiliates.com and not from their new superfly domain. We also made contact via Skype.

After reading this thread, I visited his Skype profile, and it read: "Last day at WHG - 05.05.2023."

I'm a bit confused. So he was employed by Superfly/FullCream and WHG (White Hat Gaming)?

Very sorry, but haven't heard back so far.

It would be good to know if affiliates are still receiving payments from this program. If not, then it's looking to be a dead network. If affiliates are being paid, then there are communication issues. I'd like to know which as I've got some legacy links still in place.

That's weird then - looking for new affiliates but ignoring existing ones.

Hmm.. Now I am indeed unsure...

I could swear I saw them with a little booth. I didn't stopped by because their brands are not active in my markets. But it seems that I mistaken something.. Sorry.

Hey all,
Apologies for the slow response, which I will elaborate a little on the background behind in this post.

However, first and foremost a few key things from the thread to respond to or highlight:
  1. Yes, we are still in business
  2. Yes, affiliates have been paid promptly over the last many months*
  3. No presence at iGB

*) Outside a few where DD and/or correct payment information was missing

Background
There has been a short-term slow period as a result of a change of senior leadership, which unfortunately coincided with the Affiliate AMs also leaving. This has resulted in no-one capable of responding to inquiries from our existing partners.

From here on...
The change of leadership has now been completed, which means that we will soon also be able to scale up our activities with our existing (and new) partners, as soon as the right people are in place.
In the meantime we will however respond to inquiries from partners on support@superflypartners.net; ensure that payments flow as always; and as you can see we have also updated this profile name and logo to properly reflect the change to Superfly, which we will continue to operate under!

If anyone has any pending inquiries, please feel free to bump them with us and we will get to it ASAP.

And thanks to everyone in this thread for highlighting the lack of response over the last two months! :):)
