Superior Share new owners unresponsive... ?

As many of you probably know, Connie and Scott both left Superior Share very suddenly recently, which can only lead me to suspect they have new owners...?

On Monday I sent a e-mail AND used their internal mail system to ask who is looking after affiliates now.
Four full days later and not a peep from them

Does anyone have contact details of someone there who will actually respond?

I hope you're doing well. As you can see me and Lisa are replying very quickly so nothing to be worried about. We are here and not going anywhere. David is also here but less on the forums, Connie left due to the family issues. Regarding Scott he was one of the shareholders but he left due to his personal issues. Also we're moving to MyAffiliates in few weeks (reporting will be more detailed and easier cause the current one doesn't meet our needs and I'm sure yours as well) and all the previous data of players will be saved, that's why it's taken long. We're making sure every single signup/player will continue generating you income for lifetime. Last but not least, we are launching RTG brand and rebranding the brands by February, that will lead to the higher commissions to all the affiliates. Moreover, we will be having a big booth in LAC on premium location to meet our affiliates and close higher deals with them. Higher RevShare's and CPAs as well
Everything going well and you will be earning more with the recent changes (we have lot more processing solutions for all the markets, something that while Scott was here there wasn't and you will see it reflected on the results) and that's why they were done in the first place.

It would be nice to have communication from this brand. I am not marketing anymore until I know what changes are happening. Have a feeling this is another scenario where we will have to change all links. Talk about throwing Scott under the bus! I have worked with him for years and enjoy our work relationship.

Hi Bonustreak.

It's better to change the links but it's not a must, old links will be tracked on the new platform as well - we are in process of integrating this. This is one of the reasons why we haven't moved yet since we are still working on it, but it should be done within the next few weeks. Scott is a good guy and each one has their own reasons, I can assure you that results will be way better as a result of re-branding (re-design and launching new RTG brand) and proper processing solutions.

I noticed that too and thought it strange, given: "Regarding Scott he was one of the shareholders"... was Did he sell his shares?

Or were his shares bought by the new-owners???!!!

If you read between the lines, and also heard the rumours, they seem to point to a company restructure, including new ownership. Family/Personal issues are almost always used in these circumstances, when, previous staff are given the flick by new owners.

On a plus, least the new AM team are being proactive, and reaching out to most affiliates. And, with the upgrades etc., etc., including a stand at LAC, it seems like a HUGE spring-clean of sorts has been going on in the background for a while now.

There is NDA that was signed, but Scott is not the only Shareholder.

But since we are moving to MyAffiliates and keeping all previous clients tagged, and all affiliate earnings will continue generating it only shows we are expanding and re-investing something that wasn't done very long time in the group.

Moreover, we are launching new RTG brand and also probably another Rival brand.

Last but not least, we will do fresh re-design for all brands and more processing solutions to increase the conversions for our affiliates.

All of the above only state that we are going forward in terms of the business rather than backwards.

The bottom line is that the company is growing and big investments are being done - something that wasn't done for years. This is something good for Affiliates and players which will lead to higher revenue for everyone.

It's about time a revamp was done. I haven't promoted you guys for a few years but will reconsider once the revamps are complete.

I have been Rival's biggest fan since day 1, and a regular player of RTG casinos.

One thing I really hope you can do is give both these companies a HUGE kick in the ass!

With both suppliers, their new games released in the last 2 years have been mostly VERY poor, with the vast majority of RTG's efforts being total DRIVEL
They threw out a lot of oriental garbage - one or two of them played a big fanfare with coins flying in the air and declaring "Big Win" for TWO x your bet!
Then there were Cubee, Fish Catch & Banana Jones... I mean, WTF?

Rival seem to have lost all the imagination and innovation they had in their early years, and STILL keep releasing games full of errors - clearly not enough pre-launch testing.
Jack Frost for example, was released with at least FIVE errors
And "The Back Nine" has been faulty for YEARS!
I reported these back via Superior Share - but I still doubt that they have been corrected. (I haven't checked for months).

It's just a good thing players still have the old games to play!

Anyway, that aside I too hope that the future is as bright as the past (SS have been one of my best programs for years) - and I look forward to meeting you guys in SiGMA next week!

I agree with you KK, Cubee must be the worst slot game ever created. I can't believe that RTG still has it in the slot games portfolio.
