The "Alphabook" affiliate program does not pay commissions

Hello everyone
We would like to inform you that affiliate program “alphabook” does not pay us the commission since April this year in the amount of 1064 euros. We have been communicating in skype, their representative promises to pay us the commission for 2 months, but the payment is still not received.
We urge “alphabook” to immediately pay the commission due to us in full.
