The Netherlands Gambling Regulations

The regulations set in the Remote Gaming Decree state that operators in the Netherlands will be eligible for five-year licences, with Kansspelautoriteit having the final decision on them (no later than six monts after submission).

Licences will cover casino games, sports betting and betting on horse racing, not including lotteries.

Regulations also cover gambling advertising times.

Unfortunate that it's only for 5 years at a time. More difficult to make big marketing investments for operators.
